We partner with some of the largest Healthcare organizations in the world to ensure the provision of affordable, high-quality care to the communities those organizations serve.

RTR Financial Services, Inc. is a debt collector. We collect owed amounts on behalf of various creditors such as Hospitals, Emergency Medical Services, Physician’s Offices, Municipalities, and other Healthcare and government entities.

When a Creditor (such as a Hospital or Municipality) places an account with RTR Financial Services, Inc. for collections, we receive a secure file containing detailed information about the debt which is owed, including the name and contact information for the Responsible Party as obtained by the Creditor. We will typically reach out both by mail and by phone over the course of the account’s lifecycle with us in order to ensure that the Responsible Party receives complete and accurate information regarding both their rights as a consumer, and information about the debt itself, in a timely manner. RTR Financial Services, Inc. does not sell or rent this information, nor do we share or make accessible this information to any parties not directly involved in our collection efforts.

Payment may be made by mail with a check payable to “RTR Financial Services, Inc.” or by visiting us online at www.rtrfs.com/pay or by clicking the “PAY YOUR BILL” button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Although our online payment platform may default to displaying the full current balance at the checkout page, you can easily edit the amount you wish to pay by changing the dollar amount in that field.  If you encounter any difficulties in entering your payment information or completing your desired transaction, please feel free to reach out to us by phone and a Customer Service Agent will be more than happy to assist you.

No. There is no fee for paying by Credit Card either via the RTR Financial Services, Inc. website or by phone by speaking to one of our Customer Service Agents.

You may, of course, resolve your bill in the way with which you are most comfortable. Once an account is placed with RTR Financial Services, Inc. for collections, any payment made to the Creditor for that account is reported by the Creditor (our Client) to RTR Financial Services, Inc. Sending payment directly to the creditor can result in a delay in us receiving and processing that information. When you make a payment directly to RTR Financial Services, Inc., that payment will be recorded immediately. You also get to take full advantage of the personal service and customization options we offer each customer. The frequency with which RTR Financial Services, Inc. reports collected payments to the Creditor/Client, or the length of time that a payment may take to “post” in the Creditor/Client’s system varies depending on the Creditor. Most payments will be reported to the Creditor within no more than 30 days. If you have a question regarding a particular payment’s posting timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Service Department by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you.

We do offer Installment Payment Plans for the vast majority of accounts which we handle. Details such as minimum monthly payment amount and/or term length available will depend on the type of account, including the Creditor to whom the debt is owed. We do offer Settlements for many of the accounts which we handle. Offer details will depend on the type of account, including the Creditor to whom the debt is owed. At this time, we do not offer an autopay (or auto-withdrawal) option for payment. This is because we do not store any Credit Card or banking information which is provided during the payment or online “checkout” process. This policy ensures the security of our customers’ personal and financial information. For our customers’ convenience, RTR Financial Services, Inc. does offer monthly Payment Reminders by phone, email, or postal mail, according to our customers’ preferences.

At this time, we have not yet extended our payment reminder options to include SMS/Text Messaging. This option is definitely on the horizon for us, and we look forward to expanding the services available to our customers!

Every incoming call to our Customer Service dept. is answered by an agent trained to specialize in assisting you with resolving your outstanding debt in an efficient, respectful, and satisfactory manner. If you are calling to follow up on a previously discussed matter, and can provide the name and/or extension of the Customer Service Agent with whom you previously spoke, please inform the agent who answers your call and they will do their best to route you to the same individual, should they be available at the time of your call.

Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) allows persons with hearing or speech disabilities to place and receive telephone calls. TRS providers must ensure user confidentiality, and you can dial 711 to connect to certain forms of TRS anywhere in the United States. TRS is available in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. territories for local and/or long-distance calls. 711 access is not available for CTS, IP CTS, VRS, or IP Relay. There are several forms of TRS, depending on the particular needs of the user and the equipment available.
